Issuing the PO#

Issuing is the act of sending the PO to the vendor via email. This is a one-time action.

• The email goes to the vendor’s email address captured in the snapshot.
• Fillet assigns a permanent PO number at Issue.
• The PO becomes immutable — nothing can be changed.
• Fillet records the send attempt in Send History.

If the email fails to deliver, Fillet reports the failure to you. Email delivery status is separate from PO business status (the new/confirmed/etc. statuses).
